Nutritious Meals Sourced From Our Farm


Woodstock Sustainable Farms has helped create a new Farm-to-Fork initiative, Azuluna (formerly Healthy Farm Eating,) to bring prepared meal convenience and healthy eating to our busy Northeast Connecticut community. We aim to positively impact people’s health and our communities by providing great-tasting nutritious meals sourced from our farm. All Azuluna meals and sides are made with seasonally-selected produce and Woodstock Sustainable Farms’ own pasture-raised meats.


Place your order at by Wednesday at midnight each week and pick up your meals the following Monday at Hale YMCA in Putnam, CT or CLiCK Commercial Kitchen in Windham, CT.

Azuluna (formerly Healthy Farm Eating), a locally owned service, creates a rotating menu of nutritionally balanced, fully-cooked meals.  Using farm fresh ingredients, these meals will fuel you throughout the day without the labor spent prepping on the weekends!


The Hale YMCA in Putnam, CT has generously provided space in their lobby for our fridge, where your pre-ordered meals can be picked up weekly every Monday morning. You don’t have to be a Y member, but while you’re there, be sure to check out all the fantastic programs and services available to you and your family!
